"You Raise Me Up" 是一首勵志和感恩的歌曲，由Brendan Graham(愛爾蘭小說家/作詞家)作詞，Secret Garden的Lovland作曲，在世界各地用不同語言錄製了125次以上。此曲廣泛用於911事件的紀念活動、2006年諾貝爾和平獎、2006年世 界AIDS慈善晚會中。2003年底，美國著名歌手Josh Groban的演唱使此曲在美國大為流行，也因此獲得2005年格萊美獎提名。僅2004年，"You Raise Me Up" 就在美國的電臺播放了500,000多次，4次獲Gospel Music Awards(福音音樂獎)，包括年度最佳歌曲。
